Learn it. Share it. Help others see Niagara differently.
Niagara Geopark Ambassadors help share the region’s story in a consistent, respectful, and informed way. Through our online learning programs, Ambassadors build a stronger understanding of what a geopark is, how Niagara’s landscapes, communities, cultures, and histories are connected, and why stewardship matters.
What Ambassadors do
Niagara Geopark Ambassadors help others experience Niagara beyond the surface. They support public awareness by speaking confidently about the Geopark, sharing accurate and approved messaging, and helping residents, visitors, students, and partners understand the deeper stories written into Niagara’s landscape.
Ambassadors may support events, outreach activities, visitor conversations, partner activations, educational programming, and community storytelling.
Who it is for
This pathway is ideal for residents, students, volunteers, tourism staff, front-line visitor experience teams, educators, local businesses, community organizations, and anyone who wants to share Niagara’s story with care, accuracy, and respect.
